Our signature Mala Bak Kwa is flavoured with a delicate mix of Szechuan peppers, fiery chilli, and traditional spices. Mala Bak Kwa is an addictive balance of sweet, spicy, smoky and savoury flavours.
Honey Glazed Original Bak Kwa is tailored to traditional tastes. Top quality free range NSW pork is carefully marinated, smoked with lychee wood and grilled over charcoal fire to create an indulgent authentic flavour.

We are passionate about using only the finest local produce and ethical supply chains. All orders are individually handmade in Sydney, a five day labour intensive process that develops the unique and delicious flavours. As we do not use additives or preservatives, we recommend refrigerating after opening and consume within 2 weeks.
Our giftboxes are expertly designed and manufactured in Sydney, the packaging is 100% recyclable, no single-use plastics. We are committed to off-setting carbon footprints and collaborate with like-minded suppliers.
